due to 2 of our neighbours lodging complaints with torbay council!!

1 neighbour applied for planning, got-it, build his house
over a music pub
1 chap who lives above Dobles Jewellers, lives there for a year and a bit
then starts to complain about people coming from the pub and being on the street!!
